This was my first-ever massage, so if you're a newbie like me, this review's for you! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the entire experience was super comfortable and easy, thanks to how professional and thoughtful the staff was. The masseuse took time to explain everything in detail—what the process would be like, how long each part would take, and even asked about my preferences for pressure. They also gave me options for the lighting in the room, which made a big difference in helping me relax. I loved that I could choose a softer, dim light to keep the atmosphere calm without feeling too dark. During the massage, the communication was spot-on. The masseuse checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was comfortable and adjusted it when needed. I felt completely at ease the whole time, which was huge for someone who'd never done this before. One thing to note (which they actually told me about in advance) is that I felt a bit sore the next day, especially in the areas where I carry the most tension. This wasn’t a bad thing at all—it’s just part of the process, especially if you’re not used to massages. If you're thinking about getting your first massage, I can't recommend this place enough. They make the whole experience stress-free and super comfortable, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
I got to try the Japanese head spa yesterday with Keeley and absolutely LOVED it! I HIGHLY recommend this service as it’s not only relaxing but it is very educational as well about all of your hair and scalp needs.
THEY ARE THE BEST and If you’re looking for a Wellness Center that’s just got it right and has so much heart, experience, and knowledge then this is the place for you! The team is all so friendly and helpful and we got to meet one of the owners and she’s just a ray of sunshine and positivity! We were travelling from London UK and happened to stop by out of curiosity as my husband and myself are very much about massages, floats, and anything to really detoxify the body. We were so delighted that they offered so many different services that really catered to everything we love! We got to try a detoxification process through the feet and it was amazing to see the instant results and a bargain. We also got to float and I had no idea that you could do that with another so it was so great to enjoy that experience with my husband. I really like that you can do that together because I myself know how amazing it is but it’s really neat to encourage another to experience it and you can join them if they are anxious about it. The best part was that we booked deep tissue massages and I can't recommend this service enough! We are regulars to massages and well this was by far the best massage I have ever had across both countries! Your truly missing out if you haven’t given this place a chance because they are the real deal and just their passion for wellness, sense of love, and community can be felt through the whole space! I literally can’t wait to fly back and book some sessions in! This place is literally a gem and fresh of breath air and vitality! Highly highly recommend. You”ll thank me later!
