Great overall experience. Very professional, and did a great job. Gave us a couple goodies and my dog. Carpet looks great and definitely will call again. Price was affordable. Great job guys
Conner & his helper had Great customer service very polite and respectful. They asked if I had any concerns and assured me that they will give their best in this service today and they did just that !! My carpet looks fabulous and smells amazing!!! Thank you guys !!! Yall are awesome !!!
Had a slab leak late one evening. Carpet tech showed up and cleaned up all the water and mess. They left about 20 fans and a couple of dehumidifier’s going for days to be sure we were dried out completely, even under the walls and cabinets. They are prompt and do quality work plus they even notified and sent everything the insurance company needed to process our claim.
I will most definitely use them again if needed.
