Christian and Henry worked their tails off cleaning my carpet. They cleaned a really dirty spot on my carpet I had been told wouldn't come clean. They got it clean. They also removed 90% - 95% of dried nail polish from the carpet. I didn't expect them to get this out but they did. Carpet Tech has also cleaned two oriental rugs for me. I had no hope that the white fringe on the carpet would come clean but it cleaned up sparkling white. I am very pleased with the cleaning service they provide. Conner & his helper had Great customer service very polite and respectful. They asked if I had any concerns and assured me that they will give their best in this service today and they did just that !! My carpet looks fabulous and smells amazing!!! Thank you guys !!! Yall are awesome !!!
Had a slab leak late one evening. Carpet tech showed up and cleaned up all the water and mess. They left about 20 fans and a couple of dehumidifier’s going for days to be sure we were dried out completely, even under the walls and cabinets. They are prompt and do quality work plus they even notified and sent everything the insurance company needed to process our claim.
I will most definitely use them again if needed.
