Let me save you A LOT of time and money...Caprock is hands down the BEST, most cost effective, efficient, friendliest bond company in Lubbock and the surrounding counties. Not to mention how they don't judge your circumstances or act condescending in any way which is nice. Do yourself a favor and save time and stress and just call Greg and his people. You'll thank me later...and so will your locked up jailbird?
Today I started this review as a negative review however the owner himself reached out to me and the issue was handled. I have never ever had an owner reach out like Mr Williams did to make what was wrong right and I appreciate that wholeheartedly. The company definitely went above and beyond today and for that I am appreciative and grateful and I will use them every time I need to
I called Cap rock to get my son out of jail (after calling 4 other bond companies that were rediculously expensive) not only were they the most reasonably priced, but my agent René was friendly, kind, and handled everything quickly via email and phone.Don't waste your time or hard earned money on those other bond companies. Call Cap rock and ask for René, she's awesome!
