I recently got my makeup done for an event and it was a great experience. The shop was clean, everyone was friendly, and Ramona listened to what I wanted and executed my look perfectly. Will return soon!

Last week I received a blowout at this location. I thought I was just a little unsatisfied, but after having a vastly different experience at another chain dry bar here in Lubbock, I now realize just how poor my experience was at Blo Dry Bar Lubbock.

From the moment I walked in, things felt off. The salon was dark and unwelcoming, with the lights seemingly turned off. Only one stylist was present, and while they were friendly, the greeting was minimal and the overall customer service felt lacking.

During the wash, it was clear I wasn’t getting a proper cleanse. I have thick, coarse hair and large portions of it didn’t even get fully wet, let alone clean....read full review
