Update: they have really made an effort to get in contact with me to see how they can make things right. Which was much appreciated. They have definitely gone above and beyond with that. 2nd appt went well and appreciated the time and attention that went into it. The have definitely put the time and attention in to make sure my experience was much more pleasant.

Worst place ever! Don’t waste your $. Purchased a package and have been trying since March to get treatments done. Every time my appointment is near they send a text saying their equipment is down or they are “short staff” and can hopefully get me in soon. What a joke.
