The best stylist in Lubbock by far. I am very happy with the work Cindy did for me. Her prices for the hours put in, and overall care for the customer can't be beat. She spent extra time giving me great advice on hair care, and went the extra mile to make sure my highlights were done with precision and skill. Cindy is insanely talented and I would honestly go as far to say she is one of the best in Texas.
