We first contacted Patricia based on the referral of a mutual contact. We were selling our home in Utah to move to a Texas in the summer of 2022. We put our house on the market just a week or so before the Fed began raising rates. We thought our house would sell quickly, but unfortunately that was not the case. We were able to find a great home in Texas with the great work of Michelle Runyon at Graceland. Unfortunately we ultimately lost out on that home because our home took too long to sell. Patricia was an INCREDIBLE agent to work with! We called Patricia after our home sat on the market for an extended period of time….Not fun. Having used other agents and services to try and sell our home, we knew that we needed someone with substantially more experience that could properly market our home. Patricia ran a solid set of comps, and helped us understand how to effectively price our home to sell in a reasonable amount of time.
