“I called OLS Electric after having some work done by a contractor who ended up damaging some cables under my home. The OLS Electric team was very prompt and listened to my wife and made her feel at ease. As it turns out, we actually had another issue besides what the contractor did. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose properly, but OLS Electric found the problem and literally saved our house from burning down (not joking, had a problem with the outside panel where the main breaker was smoldering and could catch fire at any moment). “Had called earlier in the week to see about getting a hot tub cut off and adding an EV charger in its place. Took a few days but got a call from a very friendly guy to set up an appt. I’d called another company and so let him know I thought I was covered. He told me to call back and ask for him if anything changed.

Well, things changed and he was able to send out Shawn within about 20 minutes. He did exactly what I asked of him and got the whole job done in a bit under two hours. Clean work and clearly explained. Car is charging like a champ and hot tub is free to the first one who wants it! Haha“
