“My apartment contracted Cano for some emergency repairs in my unit after a bunch of my large appliances inexplicably quit working, and I cannot express how great a job they did. Joshua Petty came out at about 10PM and worked tirelessly until everything was fixed, up through 2 in the morning -- and it fixed everything right up. “I called OLS Electric after having some work done by a contractor who ended up damaging some cables under my home. The OLS Electric team was very prompt and listened to my wife and made her feel at ease. As it turns out, we actually had another issue besides what the contractor did. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose properly, but OLS Electric found the problem and literally saved our house from burning down (not joking, had a problem with the outside panel where the main breaker was smoldering and could catch fire at any moment). “Jerrett and his team do great work. We were getting a Tesla Wall Connector installed and reached out to all the Tesla Certified Installers indicated for our area. While most took multiple days to even reply, Jerrett immediately responded and scheduled a site visit for the following morning.

We had a relatively challenging project in that our main electrical panel was located outside the house. Jerrett was able to offer a solution going through the attic space of the house and dropping the cable behind the wall of the garage for a visually pleasing final installation without any visible conduit inside the garage.

On top of the charger-specific work, he caught and fixed an error our home builder’s electricians made in the electrical panel where they placed the whole-home surge protector on the wrong end of the panel, where it was effectively doing nothing and not protecting our system from surges.
