I came in for my chinchilla. She somehow ripped a huge wound on her arm while having her outside the cage time, and I couldn’t be more happier with the services provided at West Loop. Dr. Lutgutchik did an amazing job working on her and explaining the after care. My chinchillas arm has healed beautifully and is back to her normal self!

Each and every vet, tech, and employee there are caring, kind and thoroughly explain. They listen and discuss. I trust all of the vets there to handle my horse of animals any day. We have had animals with Covid, anxiety, shredded skin, diabetes, and mange and bless this crew for stepping up and treating them like family.

I had to make to the decision to have my 14 yr old Yorkie euthanized. Dr. Lagutchik and her assistant were very professional and extremely compassionate. I would recommend this establishment to anyone for anything. ❤️
