I had to renew a prescription for my glasses. I decided to go to the Walmart vision center in Longview I was greeted by Cynthia Strong! She was very attentive and took her time with me. She was knowledgeable about my insurance, and what I was able to purchase, through my insurance. Cynthia insisted me in getting a pair of glasses that looks so nice. I will definitely be coming back each year to this location. She made me feel like her favorite customer. I'd recommend this store and Cynthia to everyone. Thank you!

My father and I visited the Walmart Optical Department and had the pleasure of working with Jess. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding the right glasses. Even though we arrived just six minutes before closing, Jess was patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and we truly appreciate her dedication.
