Syntha is the seamstress / miracle worker. I brought in a fairly nice laptop back that I use everyday for business and the zippers broke. I took it in and Syntha said that she may not be able to but if so it would be next week as she was super backed up.
She finished it in 3 days. I called to thank her and she was already gone on vacation.

They are courteous and professional and their seamstress is wonderful she did a great job sewing my patches on my leather vest.
