Truly the only reason i'm giving a five star review is because of Emily!!! She's the only person who came and acknowledged us after we walked by several other staff members. Emily was super helpful , very friendly was the only person that was walking around asking people if they needed anything or if they could get any suggestions!!!! Truly, a shining star she deserves a raise and she needs to be a manager! The front cashiers were friendly! I didn't get their names but were very sweet! To walk by beauty consultants that were more interested in their conversations instead of telling me what was new or asking me if I needed a suggestions. I love seeing my hair stylist Stephanie and Lisa when I have facials or makeup for special events. I have always had a good experience here. Everyone so far so good is very friendly.
Madison at the benefit brow bar was fabulous. She delivered top notch service and my brow are on point. She was professional and delivered the service and style I wanted. I already booked my next appointment.
