Ladonna is absolutely wonderful. Yes, the wait was longer than I expected but it is definitely worth it. When you're in her office and you see how much care she has for each patient, how much she listens, and how detailed she is- it's easy to understand why she's worth the wait.

I love my doctor. Shen is amazing. He is caring and spends time to know what's going on with you. His staff is horrible. His office manager is junk and very unproductive. Sarah in the front is a sweetheart but can only do so much. I have been with shen for several years,10. I truly dont want to leave him. but the company I now work with UT Health East Texas has changed insurance companies for all of its employees I have told the office staff about this now for over two months before happened at the first of the year.
