“We kept having solicitors come ask us if we wanted them to replace our roof but we did not trust any of them. Our handyman recommended Stonewater Roofing and they came the very same day that I put in a request for an estimate. Alex was excellent to work with and promised to deal with our insurance company if they should choose not to cover the repairs. However, he did such a great job of taking pictures and documenting the damage that they had no problem approving the claim. When the day came for the work to begin, Samuel was the first foreman of the crew to begin the work and he made sure that all of my plants were covered or potted plants were moved and everything was protected from any damage from falling debris from the roof. We discovered there were three layers of underlayment. Rather than putting a fourth over the top of all of that they took off all of the layers. This took them extra time but we were not charged extra for that work. For the second day of work Edfrain was in charge of the crew and they continued to do an excellent job. Upon completion, they put everything back and cleaned up all the nails and plastic nail rings that were everywhere. They blew off the sidewalk and driveway, too, so that everything looked great when they drove away. We had a block party that night and several people commented on how nice it looked. It's only been 7 years since our last roof replacement but we could tell a huge difference between Stonewater's excellent work and the shoddy job that had been done before.“
