Mr. Bowman took charge of working with the various adjusters and stayed on top of the back-and-forth questions that he was qualified to answer and explain. Bottom line is he got a new roof approved and then completed the job in one day, as promised. He discovered additional damage not evident until the roof was opened up and submitted a supplemental request, which was also approved.
