I can't speak highly enough about Premier and the staff! We recently switch companies due to inadequate service. Premier has surpassed expectation. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicate with family member about appointments and progress. I would highly recommend Premier Home Care!!

My name is Steven Grantham, B.A Psy LBSW and I work at Pine Tree Lodge Nursing and Rehabilitation a facility in Longview Texas. I have to say that Premiere Home Care has been going above and beyond on taking care of patients we discharge home. One example and there are many of the extraordinary care and going above and beyond is below as follows.1. A resident that was homeless and we were able to find them housing from facility level.2. Premiere Home Care took care of him at his new housing arrangement.3. The staff immediately went out as soon as possible and provided him Nursing and therapy service that he needed.4. I have never met a group of nurses, therapist, office personnel, liaisons, volunteers... or OWNERS.. who will go to no end to take care of their patients. They stand behind their word in every scenario possible. They have so much compassion and it radiates! They take excellent care of their patients and employees. Long term employment for this company speaks volumes. THE BEST!
