I was assisted by Maddy - she was extremely sweet, patient & passionate. I’ve never had a spray tan before and Maddy was able to walk me through finding the perfect tone that wouldn’t turn me orange. She answered all of my questions and assisted me with exactly how to use to spray tan machine beforehand. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. I even took her advice on the tan because she told me that it always looks best on the 2nd day so it would be better for me to visit the following day - and I did!I was assisted by another person the next day before Maddy was to come in and she was entirely the opposite. I debated about whether to give them a try or not based on previous Yelp reviews regarding customer service. I gave them a try anyway and I'm glad I did. They are super helpful and friendly. Every time. Possibly the staff has turned over since the last reviews? Not sure but either way, I recommend giving them a chance.
