While I was at Open Imaging, I was told I would have to have a contrast for my MRI. Tears immediately began to fall, because it is awful to have an IV. But Drew, the man who inserted the IV was very patient, kind and understanding. I barely felt the needle being inserted. Then, when I got to the MRI machine panic set in. Anybody with claustrophobia would have a huge issue having their head enclosed. When I was pulled out of the machine to have the contrast put into me, I told them I was not going to go back into the machine. Drew patiently convinced me to finish the MRI. He held onto my ankle so that I wouldn't be so afraid. He also reassured me while I was in the machine. Thank you again Drew!

Excellent Staff. Very friendly and considerate of your condition. This was my first ever MRI and they made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend

Went to have an xray done on Saturday only to find out they don't do them on Saturday. Why the heck are they even open on Saturdays?

Paperwork and insurance is always a hassle but the young lady who helped me was thorough, very efficient and sweet.

The workers here are super rude and inconsiderate. I brought my mom here for a CT scan which is considered as a walk in procedure. She mistakenly said MRI instead of ct scan at the window and instead of looking it up by her name they chose to be condescending and tell her 'you have to have a scheduled appointment for that' and sent her out the door on crutches. This added another 1 hour or more to the process because now ppl are going ahead of her and she is ON CRUTCHES having to go back and forth to figure out something that could have easily been verified. Stop being lazy and inconsiderate and low key racists and do your job!
