Both my wife and I have had horrible experiences with Griego(Metroplex) Family Medical Center every time we have come in for appointments. Currently our biggest issue with them is that they continue to code things wrongly. This time both my wife and I received bills for about $450 each for wrongly coded bloodwork they had done. We have had a tremendously difficult time finding any way to contact their billing dept. since they do not respond to calls or emails. At this point we are planning on showing up in person to their HQ to sort this out.
If it wasn't clear by this point, DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.

I got an appt for my annual check up. 5 months later I got a surprise bill for blood tests and urine tests, reason "coded wrongly". Already filed a complaint with insurance company, next step Texas Department of Health.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Have no idea how this place can operate as a place of medicine. You never meet the "Dr's." The staff is unhelpful and provides terrible / inaccurate information. Almost impossible to reach, and when you are finally do get someone on the phone, the information is inaccurate. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

You can’t barely get in, long waits on hold. If you need to schedule things they’ll be weeks or even a month out. The doctor is good but the staff is inexperienced. I found someone else in the area
