I had a dishwasher issue . It wasn't draining properly & the dishes weren't getting clean. Then it decided to take some time off.I stopped by Major appliance repair to inquire if they work in dishwashers.The repair person., Kelvin showed up right on time . He worked getting the problems solved & back on track in no time . He was very friendly & I feel like I got a good service for what I paid . Good job !

I called this company to look at my dishwasher. We had a glass break during washing and the pump immediately gave a code that it was blocked. I had initially called another company due to the wait time but that person came to my house and charged me $100 to tell me to purchase a new dishwasher. I didn’t agree with this so I called them back and arranged for repair. All I can say is they were worth the wait!!!! The pump did have glass in it and John had it back up and running in 30 minutes. So, instead of $1000 for a new dishwasher I was able to keep the one I have for a modest repair bill. Thank you John!!! I will only be calling you guys from now on.

John came by and immediately identified the issue with my dryer and fixed it. Took about an hour. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too. I will call them again for repairs in the future.
