I'm always nervous about my injections, but today my technician Miss Kate was very plesent and understanding. I appreciate all of there care team. Dr Walgama is also very caring and wants the best for his patients.
I recently visited Longview Ophthalmology Associates for an eye exam, and while the doctor was professional, my experience with the office manager was disappointing.
The biggest issue was unexpected charges. I was quoted one price during the first visit but ended up paying significantly more when I arrived for a follow up that they stated was included with the first. When I asked for an explanation, the office manager was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in extra charges than providing clear and honest pricing.

The two stars is for Dr. Guillory who did a nice job checking my eye and making sure that my shingles did not affect my cornea.Zero stars to the woman at the checkout. I distinctly heard him tell her to charge me only 47.00. I was charged 147.00 I was told that the $100.00 was a new patient fee.I felt this was unfair because I was not, nor ever will be a patient there. I just went because Longview Ophthalmology Associates was the only place near me that had an available Dr. to check my eye to see if shingles had hurt my cornea.
