I had a superb customer service w/this location. I'd gone in to complain about a dreadful experience at a different Take 5 which has since been closed down for all the reasons I mentioned.
The service manager, Jalen Harris, delivered impeccable service w/a smile. He immediately grasped each issue I presented so I did not need to repeat myself multiple times [unusual in today's climate]. He also suggested a resolution.
First, he sent a ticket to corporate as it involved a significant refund & the problem did not happen at this location.

OMG I love this car wash! This is hands down one of the best car washes i have ever been too! The staff is nice and everytime my car comes out shinning like its new. Thank you whistle express!

I love these boys that take five car wash their memberships aren't bad they take care of your vehicles and they've always got super super good service I've went to several and bought several memberships at several different car washes but this one has definitely been the best to us thanks guys
