Came in today with my brindle pit SIG and my husky Winston SIG has never been to a groomer and the one we had been going to seemed kinda shady so we tried karens today and what an awesome experience SIG came home clean happy and so beautiful and Winston wow breatakingly beautiful his husky coat so full and soft and clean he was happy as well great experience we will bring Ruger in next week thank you all for treating my fur family so well !!!you have a permanent customer in us you guys Rock!!!!!!

I am so happy with there work.. I brought my baby in looking one way and came and got him and he was a new dog.. definitely will be back!!! If your looking for a good groomer this is the place.

Really nice people. Set up is pretty great. Was excited to shop their little gift shop area but disappointed that every item in the area was completely coated in dust and dog hair. Found some cute stuff but didn't buy them because they were so dirty. (Obviously from the open space design of the grooming stations) Booked 2 months in advance and let the lady know my baby gets kennel anxiety,and I live quite far away. She told me to get there between 7-9 and she'd make sure to do her first since I'd be waiting for her to get done. Reminded them morning of, that it was not a drop-off.
