I can't believe people are disgruntled about a business who LOST their owner at beginning of tax season and put bad review on here. It was out of his hands that his MOM passed away and he is trying to carry this business into future. You are paying $150-$200 for an amazing tax service. Your taxes were sent it. IRS is taking their time on issuing an EFIN# to his business which is also out of his hands. But, your tax return is processed. You had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks for refund past an efiled one. Sad to think you are that self centered and PETTY!
