These guys are the detail wonders. They get every crack and crevice of my big old house - inside and outside. Got rid of the roof rats first and then took care of the spiders and then any other bug that dared come by. They listen when I talk. Then go to work. Never rushing, but instead taking care of every detail. Highly recommend this hard working crew. I think they like their jobs - and it shows with their friendly attitudes and patience with old ladies like me!
ALL SERVICES! OMGoodness! Innovative is by far, the most EXCELLENT pest control company in East Texas. And let me tell you about our service techs. KEVIN and NATE! KEVIN is always on time, takes every possible precaution to make sure our chickens are not free-ranging and dogs are not outside, and just really knows his stuff. He always calls or sends a text to let us now he is on his way. Just LOVE this guy. NATE goes so far above and beyond to provide top notch customer service by both providing VERY thorough service AND his manner (demeanor) is kind, courteous, and he just authentically cares about his customers. WOW! Nate and KEVIN are HUGE assets to this company and to our family! We have no bugs AND we have a fun time chatting with Kevin and Nate. We are thrilled and cannot recommend Innovative highly enough. Way to go!!!🤌🤌🤌
