Pam (the owner of Flutters) is fantastic! Her work is by far the best quality you will find around Longview. Don't be fooled by someone charging less. I used other people before going to Flutters iLash and its worth every penny to use quality products. I never leave disappointed and my lashes look just as good on week 3 as they did the first week. That speaks for itself! Not only is Pam amazing at what she does, but she is one of the most caring and gentle souls I've met.
