I had water coming into my home in September literally while on the phone with Tyler . I was very emotional and felt helpless. They came out soon as they could, Tyler kept me posted. They did an excellent job on getting the water out and starting the drying process. Meanwhile, I had a room that part of the ceiling needed to replaced and Tyler informed me they could fix that as well. I tell you, his team did an excellent job on everything from the painting, drywall and making sure my home was completely dry. A very professional company that really care and takes pride in their work. They strive to make the customer satisfied and happy with the outcome.

In the early hours of a Sunday morning, our alarm went off — a pipe had burst in the ceiling and was flooding the downstairs of our home. Flood Out was at our house within 45 minutes of being called. They arrived with an incredible team and immediately got to work — vacuuming up the water, removing furniture, and setting up equipment. They also packed up all the glassware and furniture and moved it to two store rooms.

I was impressed by the honesty of Flood Out Restoration. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough they were transparent about costs and timelines, especially during the water damage restoration. Their straightforward communication made a stressful situation much easier.
