11/2023:We just upgraded our Hot Spring spa we bought back in 2013, and once again Heidie was awesome to work with! Always available to answer a question, and is so friendly and knowledgeable. Their delivery and setup team was excellent as well, and getting the old one removed and new one installed was painless. Totally recommend East Texas Hot Tub. My home came with an endless spa and I knew nothing about it. I experienced difficulty getting a hold of someone to clean it until I found Heidi. She has been my saving grace. She helped me get my cover replaced and get the pool serviced. When you want to get something done, Heidi is the one to go to. I'm so appreciative for all that she does!!
