I cannot say enough great things about the customer service department. They have been incredibly helpful every step of the way when it comes to keeping my DOT company compliant with all drug and alcohol testing requirements. Their knowledge, professionalism, and patience have been outstanding. Anytime I have questions, they take the time to thoroughly explain everything I need to know and ensure I fully understand the regulations and next steps.
