As usual, I always do something that causes me to either need repair or accessories, and this was no different with my laptop that I had basically never used, but let other people use and I put a sticky note inside the laptop to remind me of the password, which was not in there anymore and since my husband took my cord, I didn't have a way to charge it so I saw great reviews for these guys took it down, and they were so helpful considering that it was near impossible to get the computer back open again without the original password, they were excellent. They helped me get it ready for my sister who desperately needed the laptop without me having to purchase another one....read full review

Parking: You can have a close up spot which is great when bringing in big equipment.
