We had a difficult situation with my dad being in the hospital and an uncertain start date that kept getting pushed back. They were able to provide care on short notice once we got the go ahead, which was impressive since we are about an hour away from longview. There were a few no shows, but they communicated well and handled it as well as could be expected, typically having someone stay late and providing a replacement quickly.If you're expecting perfection in this type of industry then you are being unrealistic given the amount of time involved and all the scheduling work that they must be juggling. I been with Comfort Keeper for 2 years and few months and it’s a great company to work for. The unity as well of family oriented the company is. They make sure their patients and co-workers are taken care of . I been apart of companies that I was a caregiver for, but never been a part of a company/ team that spiritually driven . This company is supportive and about positive moves . I glad to be a part of Comfort Keeper family. Yayyyyyy
