Had them recently install a new HVAC. Bryan was thorough and patient in helping us pick the right product. Installation took less than a day, and their prices were significantly better than some local competitors without being suspect.
A week after install, system is running great in this balmy November weather. It's efficient and whisper quiet. Will hundo p call them when the other unit needs replacing.
Luke was very knowledgeable and courteous. I’m super pleased with his willingness to get the job done. Another company wanted me to wait 4-5 weeks for a part to be ordered. Called Ben Maines to get a second opinion after another service provider diagnosed a failed compressor and costly repair. Luke showed up promptly, was very professional, and with a little extra diagnostic work figured out I had a different issue that was much cheaper to fix. Highly recommend!
