* I’ve been using Able Carpet Services for going on nine years. Randy, the owner is a true professional and (as a bonus) always arrives on time. My carpets look new and fresh once again and I'm grateful to have Randy's contact information in my address book.During his stay, as he reinvigorates and brightens my carpets, I've found Randy to be good company and an interesting man. Able Carpet cleaner, Randy, was booked to clean my elderly father's carpets this morning. When Randy arrived, he heard him screaming from inside the house. My father had fallen and broken his hip. Randy rushed to help and called an ambulance. Randy saved his life! I don't know about the carpet cleaning, but I DO know that this is the kind of compassion that only wonderful people have. Randy, my family thanks you. God bless you. We will never use anyone but you to clean our carpets. You are a hero!

Randy was great, responded promptly, which is not always the case with alot of service companies these days. He arrived on time, cleaned our carpets beautifully. I had some stains from when our new puppy got sick and they came completely out. He was in and out of the house in 2 hours.
