Jose was such a pleasure to work with. He is honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. He showed up on time, gave me details about the work he was doing, and finished the work in a timely manner. Contacted Yanez Heating and Air to check our AC unit in preparation for the Summer heat. The owner himself came out to our home on the exact day and time we had agreed upon. He did a thorough check up and made some adjustments to our unit so the air flowed evenly throughout the house. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this locally owned business.
