“Staff was great very nice and also understanding ( I had my toddler and she was a bit wild some staff even helped with her). The only issue I had was the frames were a but pricy for my budge and are not worth it my frames broke twice. I’m not rough on my glasses at all i wear them everyday and take good care of them. I’ve had glasses since I was 10 and I’ve never broken a frame until this pair. Great staff just expensive frames that are not made out of great material. First and last time I got glasses here I just went back to America’s best after my frames broke the second time“
