Made an appointment, took off work, filled out the form, took my babies on the traumatic trip to the vet only to be told they are out of what they needed. I felt overwhelmed and confused for a basic visit for 2 cats. Left with nothing but my boys scared and me sad. Happy Friday.

Saying goodbye to our Hiro was heartbreaking, but the care and gentleness we received here made all the difference. Dr. Daniel Eckman treated Hiro with dignity and spoke to our family with genuine compassion. He gave us time, answered our questions, and never rushed us, and that kindness mattered more than he will ever know.
The keepsakes they made for us, including his paw and nose prints, clay impression, and certificate, are treasures we will hold onto forever. Thank you for honoring our boy and supporting our family in such a tender way.

I was in town visiting family for a few days. My dog got hurt. They got me right in. They treated me and my dog with genuine care and were very professional. Very thankful to them!

My puppy Piper was hit by a car. I was panicked. I called, they immediately got me in. They were compassionate even reduced the cost to something I could afford. .They have called me with follow-up calls to see how Piper is doing. What a wonderful team of people. I'm so thankful and Piper is healing. Thank y'all for everything ❣️🙏

My dog was bit by a rattlesnake and they were able to get me in the same day, provide medication, addressed all my concerns and I was out the door in an hour or less. Facility is very clean and staff is welcoming

Dr conway saved my girl blue. She had a blockage from a toy she ate and dr conway knew our history with losing blues sister this way. She took her time during the surgery on her second day back, im sure exhausted, and did such a wonderful job. Blue is home, strong, and alive. 2 days ago i didnt see her still here and she is. Thank you so much. I knew you would and could do it. The ladies are out of this world. The staff is just so kind and caring. They kept me informed the entire time. Everyone truly treated blue as if she was their own. HELEN!!! Blue wiggles her butt everytime we arrive and looks for you instantly. Everyone told me you kept going in the back giving her love and blue would perk up everytime. I know blue has a very special bond with you. I recommend this vet 100%. Thank you for saving our blue girl. Loving her. And treating her like yalls. Every day will be cherished.

My GSD puppy, Harley, came down with parvo. He'd had vaccinations at 6, 8 and 11 weeks and still got sick even though I never took him anywhere. Dr. Castillo and the entire staff did an amazing job caring for him for 4 days. He was on IV fluids and a plethora of meds to provide supportive care. Once he started to recover he wouldn't eat-no matter what was tried. Until one of their staff (bless you Helen) brought him her special home cooked meal. He has made a full recovery, has gained all his weight back and is his usual bouncy, energetic Holy Hell Harley again.
I have always had a great experience here-even when I had to have them come out to euthanize my old GSD (yes, they came to me so Dusty could be in his home when he left this realm). The vet & tech were professional, compassionate and let me take the time I needed to say goodbye to my dog. I never felt rushed and was treated with the utmost respect and consideration.
