I just went there yesterday 7/2/23 to get glow in the dark gel. And im furious It hasn’t been 24hr and the gel just felt off like a cheap sticker after washing my hands. I will contact them and see what they do. I kept y’all posted. Depending on the resolution i may update the star review.Update: 7/3/23 I called them to let them know about what happened, and they were really nice. Also the lady who did my nails remembered me and told me that after i left she realized she used the wrong base that that’s why the gel fell off. They fixed right away and everything was resolved.

Got a full set. Showed a pic of how I wanted them. Came out exactly as expected. My daughter also got a kids mani and Pedi. She picked a few colors but her nail tech didn't ask how she wanted it and chose what color went where. Told my daughter she needs to tell them how she wants them because ultimately we are paying them for how we want our nails and service to go. I will still go back for a fill.

Service was wonderful. The guy that did my nails was really sweet and gentle. I made a small mistake and the polish smeared and he happily fixed it.I went in on Saturday and got them done. She originally said she was gonna charge me $55 but because I tipped her in cash with a $20, she only charged me $45. It is Tuesday morning and she added an extra $10 to my charge. That is completely unfair.
