I'm able to hear everything some one is saying and able to join in on the conversation at hand.ain ai I had to turn the TV down to. I can hear people not a lot of back ground noises that I was getting with the amplifier hearing aid. My hearing aids all I needed to hear like I wanted to hear. Most recent appt was to discuss new Audibel hearing aids and how they were working for me. A few adjustments were made on my phone to help me hear on incoming calls. Nothing else needed, will return for follow up apptin 4
My previous set of hearing aids never worked well, and then just quit. I went to SoundWorks and got the right size (the others were too big for me!!) Now I can hear the second hand clicking on the clock on the wall! I hadn't heard that for so long, I forgot it even had a sound! I definitely recommend them!
