Petalz by Annie

My mother's funeral is tomorrow and a friend of the family ordered a bouquet from the funeral home's obituary link, that was then fulfilled by Petalz. Petalz should be ashamed of themselves for what they delivered, which was maybe a $50 bouquet. I really don't appreciate our family friends being ripped off in our time of grief. I'm posting a pic of what was ordered and what we received. Shame on you.

I made a mistake with the address of delivery and Petalz by Annie helped me quickly resolve my error and still got the flowers delivered as planned. I was treated with complete respect even though the mistake was all mine - true class act! The arrangement was stunning, even better than the photo on the site.

I am extremely disappointed with this flower delivery. The arrangement arrived late, not being delivered until 4:00 PM, and the flowers were in terrible condition. The majority of them looked days old and were already wilting and dying upon arrival.
Considering this arrangement cost $140, I expected fresh, high-quality flowers and timely delivery. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this service based on the quality and value received.
Update: I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. After my initial experience, the flower shop reached out to my husband and was extremely apologetic. They went above and beyond to make things right by sending me a brand new bouquet with fresh, beautiful flowers along with some chocolates. I truly appreciate their customer service and willingness to fix the issue. Thank you for turning this around!

Absolutely love this store! Always feel so welcome, they never fail to make me a great peach tea and have beautiful florals!

I ordered red dozen roses I was told they didn't have any and it would be at 9:00 for their delivery I paid for the roses to be delivered then I was called back and said they're delivery wouldn't be until 4:00 when I needed it delivered at 2:00 The lady had an attitude offered me a refund and didn't seem to care whether she lost a customer which I was not my first time buying flowers here but it will be my last . Horrible service !

Went in for a bouquet. Had me in and out in 20 min. Will be coming back!

What a great find! I thought it was solely a floral shop but it’s so much more. Coffee, super cute clothing, gifts. They have styles and brands that I’ve not seen in other boutiques. Love it!

This place is amazing.. something for everyone! So many cute gifts, clothes, jewelry, knick knacks, Christian decor and great stuff for the kitchen too. I was in need of 4 gifts for ladies I didn't know well. I was going to be on a podcast and really wanted to bring a sweet present for the host and her three assistants. The ladies at Petalz were so friendly and helpful. Together we found the perfect items and the prices were soooo reasonable. They wrapped everything in cute little bags with tissues and I was on my way. Easy Peasy. Highly recommend!

While my bridal bouquet was pretty it wasn’t at all what I had asked for when I spoke to an employee in person at the store. In addition to not being what I asked for the store called me 3 days before my wedding asking if I still wanted a bouquet and that “we might have waited too long for the specialty flowers”. This experience as a bride days before her wedding was stressful. When I got my bouquet the day of the wedding it wasn’t what I asked for and included blue flowers that were not my wedding colors.

Being that I had no other option, I used the bouquet but it was substantially smaller than my bridesmaids bouquets and didn’t match our theme. Not the best experience as a bride who wanted to support a local small business for her wedding.

Me and my sisters come here almost everyday for coffee and the girls are always so welcoming and happy! Today was my sisters birthday and they took time to sit and write a message out for her and I couldn’t be happier with it!! Thank y’all for great costumer service!
