James and his team did a terrific job building our boat house. Their price was fair, but more importantly, the construction was of very high quality. There have also been great to provide service after the sale for various items, and James has been very responsive. I recommend them to build a high quality boathouse.

I contracted with Lakefront Builders to construct a 5'x80' pier and a 42'x32' boathouse. The owner/operator James Stetler was very easy to work with. His quote and completed price was very competitive and better than other Lake Livingston area builders. We made some changes during construction and James was quick to provide a quote and incorporate the additional construction. James was equally helpful with any issues we felt needed to be addressed during construction and has returned post completion to adjust any concerns we had.
