James a technician from Best Air came out to repair our AC unit . In a very short time , he diagnosed the problem and we had cool air blowing . He was very knowledgeable and polite . Will be using them again if need be .

I had been referred to Best Air by a neighbor. They were so prompt in responding! Brett Marsh was at my house within the hour. Got me cooling again and I can't thank these guys enough!
Unfortunately, a week later my coolant has leaked out. I now have to buy a whole new outside unit....lot of money right now for a retiree 😬. Threw a window unit in my bedroom. Should suffice for a while.

I would highly recommend Best Air & Heat. My home builder used them on our new home. We had some minor issues, NOT related to the product itself, or their installation. Their service people came right over to fix the problem. The technician gave me a thorough explanation of how the unit works. This company really understands excellent customer service. 5 Stars for the excellent service and professional team
