Very impressive. This is what you should be looking for in an East Texas vet… Not a corporation.

The practice in general is disorganized. It’s all first come, first serve. They give you this lame response ‘it lets everyone get seen ‘ (so do APPOINTMENTS!). Why not appointments the first 1/2 of the morning & the free for all the latter part of the day?! That would make too much sense. I’ve had my dog sitting in the car 2 HOURS, 20 minutes. I’ve seen cars come up after me & leave before. What’s that all about? I’ve heard staff discuss (in confusion) what animal is in what room. My doctor is very good but this is just seriously insane. **From start to finish with blood work & Urine testing I was in there 3.15 hours! My own GP is late a hour, gives me 20 min max & I’m at a first come first serve vet for 3.15! I know part of the issue besides the FCFS, the lady in the room next to me telling the vet her dogs liver history ‘I’m from Ohio, I think she’s got a ear infection, I want to breed her next year, she eats grass daily, yes I bred her with a red lab/doodle & got this color, ‘I’ ‘I’ ‘I’smh Her dog got her ears cleaned out & that vet listened to that BS 40 min… I looked at my clock, 40 minutes. My vet wants to chat with me… I’ve been waiting 2.20 at this point & I don’t really want a conversation about why people don’t take care of their dogs in East Texas! Then wait for results another 30 min. They’re so busy scrambling from room to room as we’re shuffled into a packed waiting room. I had 6 animals behind me & I literally leave last.. be friendly & professional but stop bs’ing for 40 min for someone that’s dog got an ear infection! Seriously lousy office practice. Website doesn’t tell you they are closed 12-130, call their office & tape still says closed for New Years 2/2

If we could give 1000 stars it would not be enough! Dr. Thiel and Dr. Darden as well as their entire staff go above and beyond to help everyone and their animals every time I have been their. The kindness and care that they give during the hard experiences has been a huge help. I will always use them for any pets I have. The price is always reasonable and they take walk ins. If you need a vet, they won't disappoint!

I took my dachshund in because she was not feeling well. We went early in the morning as a walk in, and seen Dr. Darden. I was impressed by how caring everyone was at the clinic about my fur baby. I am so grateful that they were able to see us on short notice. I loved how everything was explained to me about what made her sick. I have definitely found the perfect Vet for my baby. We have already booked her next appointment in January.

My almost 12 year old black lab Griffin needed a surgery to remove a cyst that ruptured and I was stressed. This place has an excellent staff and friendly staff that really helped me and Griffin. He's back to his old self and healing up nicely.

These people were wonderful. We had a tragedy and they were there every step and walked us through everything. I will definitely keep them as my fur babies permanent doctor. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
