Arena Veterinary Clinic offers valuable experiences for pet owners, although some clients view it as pricier than other clinics. The clinic boasts a team of skilled and compassionate veterinarians, including Dr. Darden and Dr. Thiel, who are known for their kindness and great personalities. The staff members, from front to back, are consistently patient and caring, taking the time to ensure that every pet receives the attention they deserve. During challenging times, the clinic provides compassionate support, as demonstrated in their handling of an 18-year-old dog's euthanasia, which made a difficult experience more manageable for the owners. Many clients appreciate the lengths the staff goes to, even helping with prescriptions for pets that cannot be brought in. Despite being busy, clients prefer to wait, knowing their pets will receive top-notch care.
Excellent service, quick and efficient. Pricing was less expensive than anywhere else Id been looking and they also gave us medicine for a mi ths worth of flea and tick prevention. The office was clean and tidy and every one of the vet techs we spoke with was nice, efficient and caring. Great place.
Had an emergency with my older dog. Other vets in town did not have a vet in office. Rushed here and was not disappointed. While there was nothing I could do for my baby, the doctor was very supportive, answered all my questions, made my girl comfortable while she transitioned, and helped me make sure everything was cleaned up before I got my kids. Could not say a single bad thing about this establishment.
Awesome vets I drive over an hour to take my pups here. They are compassionate about every animal that comes thru the doors. Dr. Darden and Dr. Thiel are amazing today was a hard decision to help our baby go over the 🌈 bridge. The staff are hands down over the top supportive and helpful during this tough time. Very affordable.
