The first visit started well. I had contacted the shop in advance for a quote. When something came up and I decided to walk in; things still seemed great.
However; whatever you do. Avoid this shop. I unfortunately had to call back because the wrong jewelry was used. Three of the pieces fell out somehow.
I’m beyond sorry; I wish I hadn’t done this with this shops.
They misquoted me; which I didn’t see as an issue because of the fact that they seemed extremely knowledgeable.
Come to find out they’re like racist or something; Not actually sure; and not really and “ill will”. I’d just thought people were better.

My best friend and I came here to get piercings for her birthday and we had an amazing experience. Xavier and Mars are both great! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely will be coming back for any piercings in the future. Highly recommend!

Such a clean and professional environment. Both piercers were absolutely the best at helping our large group decide where we wanted our ears pierced and what jewelry to pick!

Very clean and great customer service-Xavier very professional patient and explained the process. Overall excellent experience will definitely refer friends and family. Mars was really very nice and open about her piercing. Definitely people of integrity not just out to get your money. If it can't be done they will tell you.

Very clean establishment. Was greeted as soon as I walked in even tho there was a group of 3 already in there asking question. The quality of jewelry is very good. Staff was very nice and answered all my questions. It’s been a little over a week and my helix has healed perfectly. Xavier was very professional and very clean. Took his time to make it perfect but also I was in and out fairly quickly. I’ll definitely be back.

Worst place to go. The girl did my belly piercing had to pierce it twice and used a bar that is to short and now I have to remove it because it didn’t have space to heal. Wouldn’t recommend this place
