Went on vacation left my puppy Caroline with them for 1 WEEK come got her this morning 1-29-24 she lost weight her bed was full of pee it's sad my uncle and aunt use to take them here for the same reason and not have an issue the vet is rude and has no compassion for the owner or the pet it's all about money his two Assistants were nice I will not be taking my pup Caroline to them again I would rather spend more money for someone to watch my dog and do what is expected for my dog

The vet is rude the assistants weren't bad I left my puppy with them for 1 weeks while on vacation when I came back she had lost alot of weight I can know see her bones when I couldn't before not only that but she is potty trained when I got here dog bed back witch the vet didn't even want to take so she had something to lay on it was full of pee so ik they didn't walk her like they were exposed to I will never bring my baby back to them would rather pay a little extra a day for some one off rover

Had to rush my dog in to get treated. But the people were very rude. Call to ask how my dog is doing and they said " he won't be doing so good if we don't get our payment" then we're very nice after we paid. Wasn't to happy with how we were treated.

I have been taking my fur babies here as long as Dr. Schroeder has been here. He and his staff have always been wonderful! I think they love my babies almost as much as I do. The end of 2011, my husband was care flighted to Houston for heart surgery. On a very short notice, they accepted my 3 animals, (2 dogs and a cat). I could not even give them any possible return date at the time. My fur babies spent 7+ weeks with them. Many animals do not do well being boarded for this long and frequently get ill. They all took extra special care if them and spent extra time with them whenever they could. My babies did extremely well and were in good health upon my return. Due to this being a major medical necessity and an emergency as well as of such long duration, I was even given a discount for their boarding. I have not used any other vet since Dr. Schroeder has been here. And I would highly recommend him for any of your vet needs!I noticed a comment on here about not being able to hold your pet while he/she is being euthanized. I would like to say I have been able to hold every one if my babies throughout the entire process and I was absolutely amazed at how peaceful and calm the procedure was EVERY time!
