Last minute got in for a haircut and Montanna did a wonderful job not only dealing with my haircut but also handling a customer issue (unrelated to me) in a very professional a courteous manner
Great experience at the Little Elm location. The whole team seemed to be in a good mood, pleasant conversation. My stylist was top notch. She asked about hair care routine, clarified some info I had previously been provided and made some recommendations. While the opportunity was presented to buy products there was no push. I feel confident I could get a good haircut from any of the stylist working that day.
