This is the 3rd time I’ve scheduled an appointment and once I arrived, had to wait 25-30 minutes. What is even the point of scheduling an appointment? Total disregard of customers time.

13/10. Made an appointment, there was no wait when i walked in. The lady was super nice. She took her time & was very gentle. I will definitely book with her again. If you havent tried them, you should.
