I had a great experience with Sunita at Sol Brow. She always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I come every Monday just to see her because I trust her work so much. She’s professional, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. I always leave happy and confident with my brows. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional and Rude
I went in for a simple eyebrow service, and instead of a professional experience, I was met with a rude and unnecessary comment about the hair on my upper lip. I came in to feel more confident, not to be insulted. It felt like an upsell disguised as body shaming. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service.

I have been going to get my eyebrows done here a couple of times and it is just inconsistent. They always come out uneven and the ladies who thread my brows rush and aren't able to help me when I'm tell them a concern after. Instead they gaslight me into thinking they are even and I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after reflecting, they just continue to make them uneven. I cannot lie to myself anymore will not be going back. Also, I have left with the sides of my eyebrows with scabs because they go so hard on the skin with threading. I liked the scheduling system and the ambiance is nice, but overall just don't think the money is worth it here. I recently went and cried after just because it is so frustrating and now I have to wait for a while for my brows to grow back.
