I would like to give them NEGATIVE STARS!!!! I am extremely disappointed in Little Elm Dentistry-- I WILL NEVER VISIT THEM AGAIN and my husband cancelled his appointment. I agree with several other reviewers about the front desk, they are not great, and on June 3rd, 2024, she tried to BLAME me for my dental issues. I started visiting Little Elm Dentistry in December of 2023, I was having some tooth pain and wanted to see what the issue was. They did x-rays and said I had a lot of bone loss, and told me I needed deep cleanings and then to get on track for cleanings every three months. Very personal care. Dr. Yattes has always been helpful in making my daughter feel better about herself. He has always come up with ways to help us with lower cost and quality care. This is an amazing group! I had the oral hygienist yesterday and she was very good and did her job well. The whole staff is really kind and caring.

Honestly when we started coming here over 5 years ago, it was great. Now you can even get a regular cleaning with the main dentist for over 2 months out. The main front desk person- is the worst. I received an email confirmation for my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I had scheduled the cleaning 6 months out bc it was done at my cleaning. My schedule changed so I hit RESCHEDULE. The reply you get is, thank you someone from our office will call you or you can call us. So I called. Immediately after I read that. I spoke to said front person when I called. She let me know Dr Yates had no availability until May or April. She said the other dentist was available earlier but... read full review
