Jason was our tech he was prompt and did what he said he would do I told him we needed to be at airport by 11am to pickup relatives coming into town he was here at 9:30 am fixed our A/C and was gone by 10:05 am our home was nice and cool by time we got back from airport. Thanks legend air.

Luis is one of the best technicians in the AC business! After a horrible experience dealing with an issue for MONTHS and receiving a quote from another company, Luis came in, quickly identified the problem, gave us options, and helped ease our minds about the repairs. We now have a membership with Legend Air and I know we will be taken care of if any future issues arise.

Got a full system replacement from Legend; they were knowledgeable, quick, and did a good job.
Had multiple communication issues, but they ultimately didn't matter much.
Their electrician initially didn't install something up to code, so be on the lookout for that. Quickly corrected it when pointed out, but that costs a lot of trust. Should probably get a third-party electrician/plumber to check their work.
Nice employees across the board.

Had an exceptional experience with Legend Air Conditioning and Heating! Sal was professional, courteous and efficient with the spring maintenance on my a/c units. He took the time to let me know how my units were working and walked me through the steps of how the equipment operated. He also made some recommendations and options to help my units work more efficiently. I appreciated the thoroughness of checking the systems and the knowledge that he shared. I also had a great experience speaking to Rebecca who helped with scheduling . I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

Luis came out and was exactly what you want in an HVAC tech… knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through what was going on, and made sure I actually understood the situation instead of just rushing through it.
Super personable, professional, and detail-oriented. You can tell he cares about doing the job right.
Honestly, one of the better service experiences I’ve had… right up there with Nate.

April 2026, still the best! Sal and Luis did spring check and cleaning. You can trust these guys to do it right. I have for year!
Nov 2023, ANOTHER Regular winter maintenance checkup this time. Joseph did thorough job as I have come to expect from Legend.
Spring 2023 they replaced 14 year old downstairs a/c and furnace.
Winter 2022, Luis did amazingly thorough job far more checks and cleaning than any other service I've used. Well worth the monthly vip cost.
Spring 2021 (3rd service on original builder unit) the 12 year old system was not worth repairing. Legend Air replaced it with new, 10yr warranty, higher SEER system. Price was great, (best bid) and install quality was outstanding. MUCH better job sealing ducts, cable and plumbing ports, etc. than original builder install!
Jason replaced the compressor fan motor with screeching bearings. On time; parts & labor w no extra service charge.. He also looked at my multi-zone system and identified a number of issues that my prior HVAC company should have seen. I now have a service contract with Legend!
2nd visit for tuneup and system inspection. They found and fixed FIVE things my old service overlooked or ignored. And took the time to explain and show what needed to be corrected!
